Items not allowed on right-of-ways: ordinance in effect!!!
Myton City would like to remind residents that City Ordinance 94.01-94.07 – Items Not Allowed in Right-of-Way has been in effect since March, 2016. While this ordinance has been in place for several years, the City will begin consistent enforcement of its provisions effective Septemeber 1, 2026.
